Using this method you can easily get Table size, Number of Rows, Table Type, and more Technical Information
Step 1. Open T-Code SA38/SE38 – Need to open Program Execution T-Code
Step 2. Enter the SAP Standard Program – RSTABLESIZE
Step 3. Enter Table Name. If you gives * then you will get all the Tables details
Step 4. Within Single Table you will get Number of rows, Class, Package, Pool Name. If you want all the Table data then Execute using Background Option
